Get in touchAbout

I'm an IT engineering leader and AI innovation strategist with over a decade of experience building scalable products — and the teams behind them. I hold a Master's degree in AI (cum laude) from the University of Bari, and I use that foundation to help startups and scale-ups move from AI curiosity to production reality. Currently Tech Lead Manager at SEMRush (Adobe) and available for fractional CTO and interim technology leadership engagements, I bring together deep technical expertise and a genuine passion for people.
My career has taken me from hands-on development across Italy and Germany to leading cross-functional teams, driving architecture at scale, and guiding organisations through complex technical transitions. I've led migrations from multi-monolith stacks to scalable micro-frontend architectures, participated as a technical expert in successful due diligence processes, and progressed to Director of Engineering — managing distributed teams across Europe and Vietnam.
I believe the best technology decisions come from leaders who can code, communicate, and see around corners. That's what I bring to every engagement.
